The Board of Directors
Of the 11 voting members there are8 at-large members and 3 representatives from the Commission. All voting members must reside within the Steamboat Springs School District. The 4 non-voting members include 2 representatives from the Steamboat Springs School Board and one each from the Hayden and Soroco School Boards.

The Commission consists of 13members. 11 members of the Commission shall be residents of the Steamboat Springs School District. The other 2 volunteers will be representatives, one each, from the Hayden and South Routt Districts. All are voting members.

The Board considers requests for funding from the 3 Routt County School Districts and community groups offering programs within the public schools. All requests must be approved by the Commission before being presented to the Board.
